How to choose a stretch tent for your event

A short guide to planning the size, location, and atmosphere of a celebration beneath a stretch tent.

A stretch tent is more than a cover. It is the architecture that brings people together and shapes how an event feels.

Start with the experience

First, think about how you want people to move through the event. A seated dinner, an intimate ceremony, and a standing celebration need different layouts, even when they use the same site.

Look at the whole site

The slope, direction of the sun, access points, and views matter as much as the square metres. A good installation feels connected to the surroundings and leaves enough room for the event team to work calmly.

The tent should make gathering feel effortless.

Leave some breathing room

Allow space for circulation, service, and the moments that happen outside the schedule. That extra room makes a celebration feel generous rather than crowded.

If you already have a date and location in mind, tell us about your event and we can shape a proposal around it.
